Kaga Yuzen
La tecnica di tintura e pittura dei tessuti Kaga Yuzen è contraddistinta da motivi figurativi realizzati nei cinque colori tradizionali di Kanazawa (blu indaco, rosso cremisi, giallo ocra, verde erba e viola antico). Ci sono molti laboratori che offrono esperienze tra cui pittura, stencil eccetera. E’ anche possibile indossare un vero kimono Kaga Yuzen, un abito così raffinato che persino i giapponesi sognano di provarlo!
Kaga Mizuhiki
Mizuhiki (nastri decorativi annodati) sono usati per le confezioni tradizionali giapponesi. Kaga Mizuhiki è una forma tridimensionale di Mizuhiki. Col tempo, la tecnica tradizionale si è evoluta per realizzare accessori e opere d’arte. Porcellana Kutani

Intarsio di Kaga Zogan (oggetti in metallo)
L’intarsio è una tecnica che prevede l’intaglio del metallo e il seguente intarsio con un altro metallo per realizzare un motivo decorativo. Nel periodo Edo (1603-1867), l’intarsio era utilizzato per decorare le armature e i finimenti dei cavalli dei samurai, e oggi è utilizzato per realizzare oggetti di uso quotidiano quali collane e orecchini, oltre che vasi e bracieri per l’incenso eccetera. Il laboratorio richiede delicatezza e perseveranza, tuttavia creare il proprio oggetto unico è una vera soddisfazione!
Decorazione con la foglia d’oro
Kanazawa è la città dove viene realizzata la maggior parte degli oggetti decorati con la foglia d’oro. In quest’esperienza potete applicare fogli d’oro dello spessore di 0.1 micron su piattini, scatolette, bacchette eccetera. E’ un’esperienza molto apprezzata tra i turisti poiché è relativamente veloce e semplice e ha un prezzo ragionevole.
