How about trying hand-on gold leaf experience for your good memory from the trip to Kanazawa?

▶Use the fixed patterns or work on your own original design.

▶Use "entsuke goldleaf" that is made using techniques that are on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.

▶Observe up close how the artisan transfers the goldleaf.

▶There are restrooms covered with gorgeous gold and platinum leaf.

In this workshop you can make a goldleaf craft product using goldleaf with a thickness of 1/10000 mm.

Choose an 9item (e.g., chopsticks, small plate, hand mirror, small box) to decorate with goldleaf and create

your own design with masking tape, putting on the goldleaf and complete.

It will be your self-made unique goldleaf artwork in the world.

You can take your piece home with you on the day.

Fixed patterns are also available, and anyone young and old can paeticipate.
