Mindfulness in Shukubo Shinsen (temple's accommodation)

Enjoy a time of wellbeing & retreat in an extraordinary space. In addition to meditation sessions, you can experience an art workshop using calligraphy by Kanazawa great, Kitakata Shinsen.

This is a workshop-style mindfulness program. We provide you with the opportunity to confront the inner voice of your own minds within the serene ambiance of the temple. In addition to meditation sessions including matcha and buddhist experiences, attendees will have the chance to engage in an art workshop featuring calligraphy by Shinsen Kitakata, a prominent calligrapher from the Meiji era and the founder of Hokkuji Temple, where the workshop will take place.

In order to reexamine the self, write down a description of yourself in the designated format.
