Restaurant KANAZAWA Suju
A modern Japanese restaurant where dishes that make the most of ingredients and delicious sake resonate with customers.
The menu mainly features dishes using fish from the Sea of Japan, Noto beef, traditional local vegetables, and fish sauce from Noto Peninsula, as well as a wide selection of local sake and wine. To top off the meal, rice made from rice milled in the restaurant and cooked in our original copper cauldron is served with miso soup made with aromatic miso from Suju, along with homemade pickles. The pickles are mainly seasonal vegetables, and are creatively prepared. The series of fermented dishes and delicacies, including oden, a local favorite, will allow you to fully enjoy Kanazawa's unique Japanese cuisine.
