SAKE SHOP Fukumitsuya Kanazawa

A long-established sake brewery that has been in Kanazawa for over 390 years

Fukumitsuya was founded in 1625, making it the sake brewery with the longest history in Kanazawa. In the shop, they offer all brands of Fukumitsuya Junmai Sake, carefully selected sake sets and local sake accompaniment foods and sweets, etc. There is also a connected bar area. In addition, you can tour the sake cellar all year round, and during the sake brewing period (October to April) they hold tours of the brewing areas (reservation required). From November, you can enjoy freshly made new sake.
