KANAZAWA UMAMI STOCK
Japanese restaurant “barrier” offers a course of Japanese soup stock and seasonal ingredients. After passing through the entrance and ascending from the pure white space to the second floor, you will find yourself in a calm space with black as its base color. The interior of the restaurant, a fusion of history and modernity, creates a different space where you can feel the “boundary” between the past and present, yin and yang, and so on. We use a vermilion Sanpo (three treasures) table, which looks beautiful in the dark, as the setting for the bowls of dishes served in Okamochi box, and we hope you will enjoy the gems of the soup stock poured into the bowls. We will color your everyday life into a special moment.
