Kasaichi Sushi Ryu

A 5-minute walk from the East Exit of Kanazawa Station (Kenrokuen Exit), this restaurant was founded in 1972. With farm-to-table as its motto, it proudly serves sushi made with plenty of carefully selected seafood shipped directly from Kanazawa Port. Besides sushi, its menu also includes a vast array of local sake and seasonal a la carte dishes made with Kaga vegetables.
