The head chef personally teaches essential skills such as precision knife handling, traditional fish filleting, and the art of crafting sushi.
Participants will make:
- 4 pieces of nigiri sushi (Tuna, Salmon, Swordfish and Egg)
- One sushi roll (Cucumber)
Participants will receive a certificate of completion as a gift.
