Kanazawa Nigiri Sushi Experience

You can enjoy an experience making Nigiri Sushi and Sushi Roll.

To cater to the needs of overseas customers who wish to experience Japanese cuisine, we offer the exclusive “Experience Course” designed specifically for international tourists. The head chef personally teaches essential skills such as precision knife handling, traditional fish filleting, and the art of crafting sushi.

Participants will make:

- 4 pieces of nigiri sushi (Tuna, Salmon, Swordfish and Egg)

- One sushi roll (Cucumber)

Participants will receive a certificate of completion as a gift.
