The world of patterns is endlessly varied. From the natural world and everyday objects to the marks left by physical and chemical processes, there is nothing that cannot take on patterned form.

We have brought together outstanding works of modern and contemporary crafts that can be enjoyed by everyone, from first-time visitors to people who know crafts well and want to learn even more.

Visitors can enjoy a special exhibition featuring the genius patternmaker Keisuke Serizawa, as well as "Pokémon × Edo-komon stencil dyeing" . In addition, middle school students and younger can explore the venue while playing with workbooks and special paper spyglass.
