Baggage Delivery Service allows you to send your baggages from Kanazawa Station to hotels/ryokans for delivery on the same day. Bringing large suitscases onto buses may make you tired, and also cause crowding. The service counter is located at the Kanazawa Station Tourist Information Centre. Go “Hands-free” sightseeing, so you can get around Kanazawa comfortably!

Delivery area: Kanazawa City, Noto area, hot springs in the Kaga area and hotels and inns in Awara City, Fukui Prefecture.

Due to traffic restrictions associated with the Hyakumangoku Procession at the Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival, the [Hands-Free Travel] Baggage Delivery Service will be suspended for the entire day on Saturday, June 7, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

How to use.

(1) Purchase a 'baggage delivery ticket' at the information counter at Kanazawa Station Tourist Information Centre.

　Credit cards, transport IC cards and electronic money are accepted.

(2) Fill in a request form and leave your luggage at the "Hands-Free Travel counter" on the left-hand side of the same counter.

(3) Receive your baggage at your hotel in the same day.

Delivery times cannot be specified.

Depending on where you are staying, delivery may not be possible. 

(Delivery cannot be made to inns/guesthouses that do not have a front desk, such as those that rent out an entire house.)

Please allow plenty of time for delivery as the reception desk can get very busy.

Valuables, fragile items (plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc.) and perishables cannot be accepted.

　Please consult with a staff at the counter about electronic equipment.

Delivery may be cancelled without notice due to road conditions caused by weather or events. 

Depending on the number of pieces of luggage, additional trucks may need to be arranged, so group passengers should consult with the Kanazawa Station Tourist Information Centre at least 10 days in advance.
