Production and sale of 100% Kanazawa-produced wine
This is a family-run winery located on the outskirts of Kanazawa.
We produce ‘100% Kanazawa-grown’ wines made from our own grapes, cultivated in gravelly soil derived from volcanic rock.
Although the winery is situated near the mountains, you can, strangely enough, detect a distinct minerality in our wines. They pair beautifully not only with dishes featuring seafood and mountain produce, but also with mushrooms, wild vegetables and game.
Our dream is to continue running a wine business in this region that involves many people, using wine as a means to support those with disabilities.
