Restarting Your Life "Zazen Experience"

The power spot "Eian-ji" that you really want to keep a secret

In front of the main hall, the abbot of Eianji Temple, dressed as a Yamabushi, will welcome you by blowing a conch shell.

You will be taught how to cleanse your hands and mouth with water

At the entrance of the main hall, light an incense stick and exhale the smoke of the incense stick to cleanse your body.

Enter the main hall and the priest will talk in English about Buddhism, Shintoism, and how to do zazen.

Change into a samue (the clothes that monks wear when performing various tasks).

Go outside the main hall and take a picture with a Yamabushi holding a field umbrella.

Pour water on the stone Buddha Kannon to purify your heart.

In the vermilion bentendo hall, which juts out into the slope, you will find your favorite place and do zazen.

From the observatory, you can see the cityscape of Kanazawa and the sea, and return to the main hall.

Inside the main hall, we eat matcha and sweets.

You will receive a piece of paper with your name written in kanji and a seal book.

You will receive the oldest sweets in Japan.

We will talk directly with priests who have experience in various volunteer activities in 30 countries around the world in English conversation.

The priest of Eianji Temple is a special person who conveys to the world the true teachings of Buddhism that have been transmitted from India to China and Japan.

If you tell us your purpose in advance, we will change the content or talk about what you are interested in.
