SANRAKU-TEI

A refined restaurant in the heart of Kanazawa, where Kaga cuisine is elevated through French culinary techniques

A refined restaurant in the heart of Kanazawa, where Kaga cuisine is elevated through French culinary techniques.

Built around the concept of “A Culinary Experience as the Destination,” the restaurant invites guests to experience the rich culinary culture and unique charm of Hokuriku through all five senses.

Our seasonal tasting menus showcase the finest ingredients from Noto, Kanazawa, and across the Hokuriku region, bringing together the delicate artistry of Kaga cuisine with refined French culinary techniques. Guests can also enjoy thoughtfully curated wine pairings from a selection of approximately 150 wines from around the world, as well as sake from local breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture, selected by our sommelier.

The restaurant offers an elegant and tranquil setting, featuring private dining rooms named after places in Ishikawa Prefecture, as well as counter seating where guests can experience the artistry and energy of the chefs up close.

Through a distinctive culinary experience shaped by exceptional cuisine, refined surroundings, and heartfelt hospitality, we invite you to create unforgettable memories that remain with you long after your journey.
