Restaurant specializing in micro greens【OTM】 opened in July 2024. We offer a healthy menu using nutritious young, sprouted vegetables grown on our own farm. A wide variety of dishes are available, including flavorful ice cream with your choice of microgreens kneaded on the spot, colorful sandwiches, pasta, and more. The sophisticated space, with its deep counter, can be used as a café by day and a bar by night. Please feel free to visit us.
