Restaurant specializing in micro greens【OTM】 opened in July 2024. We offer a healthy menu using nutritious young, sprouted vegetables grown on our own farm. A wide variety of dishes are available, including flavorful ice cream with your choice of microgreens kneaded on the spot, colorful sandwiches, pasta, and more.
