“Kanazawa Bikazari Asano”, the concept store in “Higashi Chayagai”, was relocated and renewed in July, 2012,
and reborn as the theme store of traditional craft. 

Decorated with the lattice-motifed décor, the store offers a wide array of Ishikawa’s traditional crafts - “Kutaniyaki porcelain”, “Kaga Yuzen dye”, “Kanazawa Gold Leaf”, “Kaganui embroidery works”, “Paulownia Crafts” and more - created by the artists who are adding new dimensions to the world of traditional craft

At the “Gold Leafing Experience” on the second floor, you can try your hand at applying gold leaf to create your own original craftwork (reservations are preferred).
