In Kanazawa, Geisha are referred to as Geiko and they are considered one of the historical treasures of the city.

Their art performances and hospitality are very exclusive and are usually only offered to their trusted, regular customers.

To preserve and share this wonderful tradition, we offer an event called "Meet the Geiko," allowing international visitors to experience the Geiko culture.

Join our event, come and watch their perfomences up close and enjoy interactions with them through taiko drumming, a traditional party game and a Q&A time. The emcee will conduct the event for you entirely in English.

At the end of the event, you also have a chance to take a memorable photo with them.
