- This tea ceremony is not just a reenactment of tradition. It is a new form of art that interprets the spirit of Zen as modern art and is experienced through the five senses. The tea ceremony is held within three "restrictions" and involves consuming "sake," "food," and "sweets," and finally drinking matcha. Your five senses will be stimulated and your sharpened senses will be invited into the profound world of tea.
