The owner goes to fish auctions and buys specially selected Kanazawa and Noto fish. The food looks gorgeous and has delicate flavors that could only be crafted by a traditional Japanese chef. The restaurant is known for serving seafood rice bowls earlier in the morning than anywhere else.
