Founded in 1830, long-standing ryotei Otomoro had served as chefs for the lords of the Kaga Domain. Tea room Isseian is located on its property.
Built 250 years ago, Isseian is a tea house once used as a tea ceremony classroom by the lords of the Kaga Domain. You can feel the tea culture and ryotei atmosphere of Kanazawa while enjoying a view of the garden.
