Summer Grand Festival (Kanaiwa Summer Festival)

The Summer Grand Festival and accompanying Noh performance held at Onominato Jinja Shrine are both designated intangible folk-cultural property. The festival takes place over three days and features a mikoshi procession and performances of different traditional folk arts in the Kanaiwa area.
