Asadaya Ryokan

A gastronomically renowned ryokan that has mastered the elegance of Kanazawa

Established in 1867, Asadaya Ryokan is a sukiya-style inn with only three rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. Asadaya serves seasonal seafood, sweet shrimp, crabs, wild vegetables, etc., with carefully selected furnishings and tableware. The Kaga cuisine prepared with Asadaya's unique techniques is a blissfully delicious gem.
