Hyakumanzoku Tei is a Noto beef barbecue lunchbox restaurant directly operated by JA Zen-Noh Ishikawa. Noto beef is grilled in the restaurant, and the menu centres on boxed lunches using the prefecture's rice, Hyakumanzoku. As an antenna shop for local production for local consumption that promotes agricultural and livestock products from Ishikawa Prefecture, the shop widely conveys the appeal of ‘Ishikawa food’ to customers within the prefecture as well as to tourists.
