This is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy fresh local ingredients and traditional Kanazawa cuisine. Recommended dishes include "Oshi-sushi" and "Nigiri-sushi" made with fresh fish, as well as dishes made with Noto beef. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of carefully selected local sake, wine and shochu from Ishikawa Prefecture. At lunch time, you can enjoy a set menu of seasonal fish and a variety of sushi dishes. Counter seating is available in addition to table seating.
