Step 2. Fill out and submit the application form

Complete the “Application for the Use of Kanazawa City Tourism Promotion Video” form with the required information. You must agree to the Terms of Use before submitting.

Step 3. Receive the video data

The Kanazawa team will provide the video data within 3 to 5 business days after reviewing your application. 

If you need the video urgently, please let us know as early as possible. 

Should there be any issues with your application, additional time may be required for processing.

Important Notes

•The video data is provided free of charge solely for the purpose of promoting tourism in Kanazawa City. Use for any other purpose is not permitted.

•When editing the footage for use on websites, television, or other platforms, please include one of the following credits:

　“©Kanazawa City” / “Video provided by Kanazawa City” / “Copyright: Kanazawa City” or a similar notation.

•In the event of a violation or use inconsistent with the purpose of these terms, the City may revoke the permission of use and demand retrieval and disposal at the user's expense. Violations may also result in criminal and civil penalties. Furthermore, the City may refuse future use of video data.

•Be sure to read and comply with the Terms of Use found in the application form.

Q: May the videos be used for purposes unrelated to promoting tourism in Kanazawa City?

A: No. Use for purposes other than promoting tourism in Kanazawa City is not permitted.

Q: May I reuse videos obtained in the past for a different project or purpose?

A: No. A new application must be submitted for each separate use.
