Currency exchange
There's a counter at Kanazawa Station where you can exchange 31 different types of foreign currencies. You can withdraw cash with an overseas card at Japan Post ATMs and Seven Bank.
Free Wi-Fi
"Kanazawa-Free Wi-Fi" is available around the main tourist spots in Kanazawa (registration required). If you have installed the Japan Wi-Fi auto-connect app (usable all over Japan), your device will connect to Kanazawa-Free Wi-Fi automatically.

Luggage storage
Coin lockers are installed at Kanazawa Station, large shopping facilities and near Kenrokuen. Luggage storage services are available at Kanazawa Station, Kanazawa Central Tourist Information Center and Kuroneko Hotto Station.
Luggage delivery
The Kanazawa Station Tourist Information Center offers a same-day luggage delivery service to accommodation facilities in and around Kanazawa. There's also a luggage delivery service counter inside Kanazawa Station where you can send luggage anywhere in Japan.
Volunteer guides
The Kanazawa Goodwill Guide Network (KGGN) is a volunteer guide organization that provides guides for major tourist destinations in Kanazawa. Reservations are accepted from 2 months to 2 weeks prior to the desired date.
Guides for Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen
Guides for Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen are located in the two information centers in Kanazawa Castle Park (Ishikawa-mon Information Center and Gyokusen-an Information Center).
