Tonbi Rock

Scenic Tonbi Rock takes its Japanese name from its resemblance to a kite’s beak, and is the symbol of Mount Iouzen. The gorgeous view of Tonbi Rock as seen from Oikedaira, a rare open spot in the mountains, is not to be missed.

Rich Nature

Take a walk along this gentle trail while bathing in the atmosphere of the forest. Mount Iouzen is home to rare vegetation, and listening to the guide’s explanations and asking questions on your hike is part of the fun.

Spiritual Atmosphere

The Japanese name for Sanjaga Falls is said to come from its three steps. There is also a cave where ascetics withdrew into. Bask in the spiritual aura and negative ion-rich atmosphere to refresh your body and mind.
