Around Musashigatsuji

One of the Three Major Shopping Quarters in the Central Part of the City Musashigatsuji is located around an intersection that is approximately one kilometer away from the east gate of Kanazawa Station. The Musashigatsuji area, Korinbo and Kata-machi area, and the east gate area of Kanazawa Station are the largest shopping quarters in Kanazawa. There is a department store on one of the corners of the intersection. The Omi-cho Market arcade partly renewed spreads out beyond the intersection. This area is crowded with residents and tourists. The Owari-cho shopping mall, where a historical air remains, starts from the Musashigatsuji area.
